Just seems so brainless to me. Move and eat less or move a lot more.It IS brainless, but not surprising in current society. Nobody wants to work for anything. Then again, even when the fitness industry was largely under ground, they charlatans selling the miracle pills and powders were around.

If there's a market, there's a snake oil salesman :)
