6. So they find a point of attack, and go at some one.
7. Trying to justify themselves, by claiming that the person under their boots, brought the whole thing upon themselves.
8. But its nothing like they pretend.
9. They are just, *LOSERS*, without a cause, and have little or nothing to contribute to a site.
10. Except personal attacking folks whom they claim are, *WEAK* or *STUPID*, or *RETARD*.

I just want to add my 2 cents in here for anyone reading regarding the situation with OCA as former staff. I feel as board owner I should poke my head in and at least ensure those reading are somewhat familiar with the circumstances.

OCA had an issue with a few members that was taken off-site and the feud continued elsewhere. He was removed for personal reasons, and him and I came to an understanding going forth on this board. Outside of the one issue, I had no problems with OCA as a staff member. FWIW - he was also spot on about those he had the feud with.

OCA is a friend of mine and I want to keep it that way. I think he's highly intelligent and one of the best when it comes to a clean debate. He's witty and a valued member to this board.

Honestly though, I just wish the feuding would stop and members can be recognized more for their intellect and talents than their flaming abilities. OCA is definitely good when it comes to fighting, but I much more appreciate his input when he's adding to good debates.

As for CWN, I think he too is quite intelligent, and I agree with a lot of his political viewpoints. He can also be rather humorous at times. In respect to him, I wish that he too would concentrate more of his energy on the better aspects of the board.
