It's a .wav file, I had to zip it to get it attached. It's a member of the public caling the Vic Roads (Victoria, Aus) department to organise a driving test. He obviously has some major personal problems and the patience of the fellow taking the call is remarkable.
The accent might be difficult to understand as it's very broad Australian and he's shouting and swearing.
