Participating on Debate Policy can be stressful... and unfortunately, many people resort to excess posting as comfort. If you find yourself regularly posting in response to stress, anxiety, sadness, boredom, anger, loneliness, relationship problems, or poor self-esteem, you need to try to break the habit.
Does anyone here have an tips or suggestions for such? Unfortunately, there is no "stop posting" patch out there. :D
