Porter escaped from Mexico and was found wandering a farm in Georgia. He has been leeching off the taxpayers by eating our house out of every speck of food he comes across. He is of course unemployed and lies on his lazy ass when recovery from his eating binges. He additionally costs the taxpayers as he is currently incarcerated to the upstairs for starting an unprovoked fight and causing bodily injury to his victim requiring surgery. He's been here for a bit over a year now and I've yet to hear him speak a bit of English. He refuses to wear an appropriate collar and therefore has no license. And although he is illegal, come hell or high water he is making his demands heard every day around 5pm. While the female sheriff of this town is looking to take him in dead or alive, he's been in hiding:
