no need…..he says it in his post ....if you abuse the system your abuse will be dealt with.....actions have consequences.....don't abuse the system and you won't have any issues....

I agree with him, their are abusers, who only neg rep people for punitive reasons, or give out rep like candy, but that is not me.

i think if.....he changes the system it will make people more selective.....but at the moment the rules have not changed so .... rep away.....
