What is sad, is that prostitution should probably not be against the law in this supposed land of the free....these people would not have had the opportunity to avoid taxes or to money launder if the whole thing was legal?

It is still morally wrong in my book....but no more so than "dishing out" for no money before marriage, if you follow all the "guidelines" of the Bible...

I still think that even if prostitution were not illegal but Spitzer was exposed for his use of prostitutes....he would still have the same dilema because he is married and pledged faithfulness...but it would solely be their problem to face with eachother....they ...being him and his wife.
