i remember when she first came on, thought she was sappy women show host....
then, off and on through out that time, she did not disappoint with sappy stuff. but i could not figure out, how in the world she became such a tycoon.
my wife told me a few years ago it is because she speaks to actual events, women, world, not just soap opera crap. well i poopooped that....
just watched her today with Celine, and i take back my opinion. oprah is a quintessential business person, she had some indian (east) guy on the show today who had a (secret) joy of celine, well, celine played his favorite song (titantic).
oprah may have issues, no doubt, but she has mastered the US business model.
