I'm an A1 guy myself. That or barbecue sauce. When it comes to mustard, I prefer the exotics rather than straight yellow. You know, sweet/hot, spicy brown. Sierra Nevada has a nice line made with their beers, these are my preferred mustard. I do have a jar of Phillipe's horseradish mustard and a nice stone-ground from Firestone brewery.

Catsup is OK on fried foods, but I don't like fried food all that much. As long as it's not Heinz catsup I'll eat it.
