Never been sued before. I am sure a good time will be had by all.
I would think that YOU would have a certain degree of immunity due to being a student at the time so any liability should either fall upon your overseeing counselor, or the school. I would check into that if I were you. Students generally have a buffer against legal action unless you purposefully do something.
