Is it not FACT that Congress has on many documented instances, voted into LAW things they have NOT read?

WHY is 9/11 such a poorly documented event?
there are pictures that I have asked MANY times for info as to exactly when said pix where taken and I get a flurry of confusion and non-answers.

If the pictures that clearly show neatly cut steel, where taken before any clean-up efforts, then we have proof of controlled demolition.
HOWEVER the photographers will not or can not give INFORMATION about these pix. WHY?
