True for house and car..otherwise you do need a license to carry (with a few exceptions).

Its a misdemeanor to carry concealed in California for the first offense. Get caught carrying a knife thats to big or wrong configuration and its a felony. Go figure.

Do what I do...I own around 20 guns and hand load all my ammo. Cheaper and more accurate. Hope my basement never catches fire.

I'm at 20+ but I don't have room to reload yet. I have reloading equipment but no place to set it up.
