After skimming the article and not seeing the answer to this, what was the retalliation against any child that did not sign the card? This kind of thing is entirely inappropraite for kindergartners. Was this what Barack Obama meant by age appropriate sex education for Kindergartners?

I don't think this type of behavior really suprises anyone. Certainly a person who is so dimented as to be entertained by the sight of a naked body that looks like theirs, is certainly capable of this and much worse!
