It is not an insinuation at all...it is a cautionary warning. I listen to Rush at least twice a week every week... it is great comic relief.

why do you feel the need to "translate" everything? My words stand on their own. I think that Obama's statement was a highly nuanced and delightful little jab at republicans who seem to get their talking points from the OXYmoron.
