Anybody had their water and sewage systems privatized and subsequently poinsoned latley? Not to mention a tripling of their water and sewage expenses?!?!?!?!?! One key element. The government generally attempts to comply with regulation and cost effectiveness. PE (private enterprise) usually attempts to avoid regulation, make all the profits they can and to hell with environmental issues.
