    Default Photoshop Fun

This is a shot from Mcarthur/Burney Memorial State Park that I took on my little trip. I screwed around with it in Photoshop to make it my Christmas Card for this year......... might as well start early for the first time in my life. The first is the original that came out of the camera. The second shows some saturation changes and sharpening but more importantly, I found the snowmobile tracks very distracting......... take them out. I liked the result but decided to go for more dramatic color and lighting so I tried to give it a late sunset look by upping the red color balance. I also shifted the whole shot to straighten the horizon. Which do you guys like best for a Christmas card?

No matter where I've traveled or how great the trip was, it's always wonderful to return to my country, The United States of America......... me

I really like the original, S. The whiter the snow, the better, imo. The trees look better, too.

In this case, God's creation as is, and your eye/skill in capturing it, is best.

I dig the pink. It has a nice late-afternoon feel to it.
