thank you, I have actually lost 3 pounds and am starting to exercise again

mostly just walking, but im thinking about starting to swim at the gym

And I forgot the swimming. Well you're not a girl, but I will say what makes the work out worth it, besides the bod, is the hot tub, steam, and sauna. Died and gone to heaven. 3 days, and I can spend as much time as I like in each.
