WASHINGTON – California attorney Orly Taitz, who has filed a number of lawsuits demanding proof of Barack Obama's eligibility to serve as president, has released a copy of what purports to be a Kenyan certification of birth and has filed a new motion in U.S. District Court for its authentication.

The document lists Obama's parents as Barack Hussein Obama and Stanley Ann Obama, formerly Stanley Ann Dunham, the birth date as Aug. 4, 1961, and the hospital of birth as Coast General Hospital in Mombasa, Kenya.

Nobody ever found this document for an entire year, through the Presidential campaign of 2008 and the first six months of his Presidency, despite the huge amount of searching going on?

How does this person explain how HE finally got it, when no one else could?

Verification is as simple as checking the Birth Register book 44B, page 6733 for the corresponding entry.

Hawaii has two major newspapers, the Honolulu Advertiser and the Star Bulletin.
BOTH newspapers include birth announcements, and BOTH newspapers record the August 4th, 1961 birth of Barack Obama.

Now, McCain's (Rove's) useful idiots will scream that these are fakes, that they are part of this grand conspiracy by Obama's parents to smuggle a newborn baby from Kenya into Honolulu to obtain a birth certificate and birth announcements. But what is lacking in their story is MOTIVE. It's not like Obama's parents knew back then that Barack would go into politics, and need to be "Natural Born." Why bother with such a deception, which includes a very risky flight half way around the world with a newborn baby. Under US law, Barack is a US citizen no matter where he was born because his mother was an American citizen, born and raised in Kansas. The question of location is only relevant to the "Natural Born"

And note that in one of the announcements, a residential address is given. Does that sound like the parents just arrived from Kenya? Check it out for yourself on Google Earth; it is a house, not an apartment or motel.

I read something today, I don't recall the source, but the gist of it was less of a concern regarding the whole 'birther' thing, which I've always had a problem with; but a serious concern about lack of college transcripts.

Could it be possible that the Rev. Wright's church was not an anonomly, but rather a continuation of his radical selection from earlier times?

Actually, the Party failed to properly verify a qualified candidate therefore by default John Mccain would be sworn in as the President of the United States. BArry was not qualified and McCain dod not run against Biden.

Why would you think Obama refuses to submit the long form requersted of him declaring a father's name, doctor and hospital.

His own grandmother says she witnessed his live birth in Kenya. The fact that they had an address in Hawai'i at the time of his birth proves nothing. It just states there was a birth, it does not say where.

So they had a house in Kenya and Hawaii? And even so, why would the publish his birth in the 2 hawaiin newspapers if they were in Kenya? Just all seems odd to me. Also, general question,the state of Hawaii hvae his birth cert (if he was born there) does the govener of Hawaii have access to those files? Or indeed any high ranking politician? Senator, house rep ect?

I'm with Kath, it's not just the BC. They won't release any of his records as a kid or as a student in college, what he actually did to get scholarships, who gave him financial support? There's no information about his teaching, his law work, or anything else in his background. All the records are buried and sealed. Even the state of Hawaii has sealed his records.

The BC is just the tip of the iceberg. A very big iceberg.
