My take on grilled cheese
Since I'm not normal this is how i make "grilled cheese". You cook the same way you would normally cook it but use:
Scali Bread
Mozzarella cheese
add bacon,pepperoni etc to taste
Scali bread is a a type of white bread. It's not a brand name. basically your making a pizza pocket but with out all the extra crap. Try it out some time and you'll never buy frozen pizza pockets or pizza rolls again!
