The mentioning of God in the Pleldge is easily seen as an outgrowth of the emphasis our Founding Fathers and subsequent generations (such as those of the Civil War era) gave to God's place in our nation. It would not be so just because god doesn't want it. He gives his people free will to do what they see fit even if it goes against Gods own feeling on the subject. Of course Gods views and feeling are subjective but anyway. Assuming what's in the bible would God want to be represented on money.
