Today it warmed up over 25 degrees in three hours at my house but forecasters are projecting that this trend will not hold as it is expected to cool back off again toinight.

That'll be okay though because there is a good stack of firewood on the hearth, so we can increase our carbon footprint by however many sticks of wood we burn tonight; though I'm sure whatever comes out of the chimney won't compare to the flume of smoke that boiled out of Mt Saint Helen, which I'm surprised Al Gore didn't claim was some republican conspiracy to pollute the planet.Originally Posted by emmett
