Super slow uploads

Hey guys, this has been happening for the past few days, have no idea what it could be,

My download speed is the same as always (about 33Mbps) but the upload speed is ridiculously slow, infact i'm currently trying to upload a video to youtube, size 29.3 MBs, and its estimating that it will take 31 hours 28 minutes to upload =/

Have done the virus scans ect and they've shown nothing, and other than the super slow upload everything else is fine, any ideas?
