National Noodle Month

Apparently March is also national noodle month. So if you have any favorite noodle/pasta recipes and would like to share...

My grandma made these every sunday along with chicken.


Homemade Noodles


Ingredients:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg
1 pinch salt


Directions:

Mix all ingredients.
Roll thin with flour, then roll like a jelly roll.
Cut into 1/2 inch strips. Let dry.
Drop into hot chicken broth. Boil for 15 minutes.

Well, I do know college students seem to worship ramen noodles at least. They have a whole web page dedicated to surviving on the stuff...recipes included.
