After you log in..Do you see the pull downs across the top of the window at the site?

Yeah I do...first 3 i am able to access...after that, they are all greyed out!

Can you see the ‘Find Player’ under ‘Requests’?

Click the bar that says 'play money'. See if make a dif. If not start over?

Ok...I got it now...there are 2 different d/l. I got the one from pokerstars.net apparently. I just d/l the one form pokerstars.COM and able to search for players now.
