I'm concerned about my weight! I was always a slob when it came to eating but was always thin, my entire life. I could eat 5,6,8 slices of pizza and not gain an ounce.
Then I started getting towards the 40's. Then I hit the 40's. Then I quit smoking. Then I found that reaching for food is what I often do instead of reaching for a smoke. Then I found out that the food now tastes better.
I quickly went from an thin/athletic build to this monstrosity (pic taken by my Dad last weekend)
My New Years Resolution is going to be all about the gym and eating better - and sticking to it until summer. I think if I see positive and healthy results, I'll stick with it through just the NY resolution.

It doesn't help that the first pic was taken at like 4am after a night shift meaning me's all tired and greasy hair lol, but yeah the general theme is that anyone over 30 says it looks much better short, and everyone under 30 is horrified I've cut it all away xDIn the least gayest way possible, you look MUCH better with a haircut!
