I know it's a business, but I hate to see the guy go. He was a fun player to watch who always had a big ass smile on his face. He also brought a lot of "attitude" towards the position. He's played with the Steelers since 1998, hee was MVP of the 2006 SB, caught exactly 1,000 passes for the Steelers for just over 12,000 yards. He won 3 AFC Championships with the Steelers and won 2 SB's. They were an awesome team during that stretch and he was a huge part of it. He was in another SB they lost and also to a few other Championship games. He also won Dancing with the Stars!

He still may sign elsewhere, as this was a salary cap issue, but I hope he just retires. I would just hate to see him in another uniform. He'll hopefully be in the HOF some day alongside many other Steeler players!

Thanks for the memories, Hines!
