My wife bought me an otter box, defender series for iPhone around Christmas. I'm pretty hard on things, so it was necessary. It comes with a belt clip which I never use; preferring, instead to keep it in my pocket. Well, it must put additional stress on the frame because it has been showing stress fractures. Anyways, I finally went t their website and reported the issue to the warranty/ customer service dept and within the hour, on a Sunday, no less, they had resolved the issue and placed a replacement order on my behalf; nothing further from me unless there is any other issues. Wow. After spending the last two weeks dealing with medical personnel, I'm floored that service can be so effective and easy. Otterbox gets an a+.
