I am testing the rep system notification. Apparently receiving rep notifies you 2x, because it is now default to notify in the new version, and I added code prior that did so. I think I have it fixed, but need someone to test, as ya can't rep yourself!!

First person to rep me, reply in this thread so others won't follow suit, and I will rep back as a thank you and also delete the one sent to me so as not to be unfair!
