Wonder how long before the companies who sold the items, the credit cards to pay for them, or other sources of the money are sued because "they should have known".

Well, my general thought is that when you get to the point where mass murdering total strangers in the most open and brazen display possible is sounding viable, little things like theft, purchase of illegal firearms and such sort of take a backseat. Really, there are any number of ways he could have made the money, if we strip away morality as an issue to obtaining the weapons.
