    Default Obama did this...

It speaks for itself, and remember, these are the countries chanting "Death to America" and one of them killed our Ambassador...

“You know the world is going crazy when the best rapper is a white guy, the best golfer is a black guy, the tallest guy in the NBA is Chinese, the Swiss hold the America's Cup, France is accusing the U.S. of arrogance, Germany doesn't want to go to war, and the three most powerful men in America are named "Bush", "Dick", and "Colin." Need I say more?” - Chris Rock

Actually Obama did not do this, it was started decades ago. It is continuing to exist under his administration for the two largest recipients of our foreign aid as it has for many administrations to come. If you look at what our aid money buys for these two countries it's ~90% US weapons and contracts for our defence industries. No Congress or Senate will piss off those contributors by stopping or downsizing it. If we actually invested that money towards bettering the lives via economies of those countries we may not be in the situation we find ourselves.

He did not receive congressional approval and it was in no budget I am aware of. We were threatened indirectly by the Muslim brotherhood if we didn't give them money, and Obama gave them a few billion unilaterally. He also cut 23 billion from the defense budget without congress involved. Might as well fire every single senator and congressperson if the President has the authority to do whatever he pleases with funding.

Yes Egypt still wants the money that has been coming their way for decades and has been beligerent about it. The President does sign off on this but that is not where it originates from and those that can stop it or set how it it spent will not do so as as been proven before and will be proven again if pushed to.

If he wasn't black these would all be grounds for impeachment.

What about congressional approval? Don't they have a say in budgetary decisions anymore? Or is it because the Dems can't seem to get their act together, that makes it ok for Obama to make solo decisions that HE thinks is best, bypassing congress?

I'm unsure why you think larger letters make your point any better, they just remind me of someone with a disability, personally. At any rate, look at the date of your article, this crap has been going on for 3 years now without a budget. I assure you, if you take the time to do the research, Obama has been making tons of financial decisions without congressional approval. And lets not forget billions of dollars in cuts as well, also without congressional approval. If you have no issue with this, that's your choice, I prefer our country to be run exactly the way it's supposed to, and not allow a President to make power grabs in any sense.

I'll leave my links in regular size:

Not budgetary, but sure as hell was a lot of money without approval - http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0311/51687.html

That was a 3 second search, I'm not going to spend an hour proving something I know as fact, that anyone else can go to Google and search for the rest themselves.

Isn't this merely a continuation of foreign aid extended through previous administrations?

Yep, a continuation of things that get passed through and are a part of the yearly budget. Defense spending is a given and something continued since 1776 likely, but we still create a budget and get congressional approval. And lastly, it was under former leadership, and it wasn't being given to an Islamic group stating that if we didn't give it to them, that they might attack Israel as retaliation. Sounds a tad like extortion to me, and our CIC fell for it, and gave them the money.
