Plan War: Obama vs. Romney

There's been a lot of rhetoric about Obama's plan, and Romney's plan. Well, I sat down the other day and started reading Romney's plan cause I got sick of listening to people complain back and forth about what it does, or does not contain in it. While reading, I was amazed how wrong the assumptions about it are, so I wanted to have a one-on-one with one of the board liberal's about Obama's posted plan.

Rules are pretty simple: Each side is putting forward their candidate's plan, and must use the official plan pdf to support their position on it. The idea here is to show the positives of your candidate's plan, and to debate those positives and negatives minus the spin of the campaign trail.
