Very entertaining, but I'll tell ya, Gibson sure likes his blood and gore.

Well, that's the only way I see movies. I've spent a small fortune on my home theater and wait for movies to come out on DVD and buy it. So this one, I'd say yes, it's worth buying. It's very visually spectacular, not a bad story, and keeps you enthralled pretty much through the whole thing. Gory though. If you have a weak stomach for blood and guts, don't buy it.

Did he see the hill he fell down into to get away....Yuck!!
Yeah. That was one of the nastier scenes. But rolling the chopped off heads, and then that body down those steps was AAAAACCKKYY! Blood shootin' all over.... YYYUUUUKKK!!
And I found myself every bit as enthralled in the movie with subtitles as I would have been otherwise.

I wasn't particularly interested in the movie, and I only watched about half of it, but from what I could tell, it's a very action-oriented movie, meaning you don't really need to have a bunch of dialogue to know what's going on.
