Default The girl of your dreams

The young lady is bright, talented and personable. For some reason, she has a difficult time finding dates. Might be because she is 6-9.
    Any takers? Tailfins perhaps?

Gabby. You just reminded the rest of us about how that young lady is far more qualified for dates than you.

You described her, then asked if she would have trouble getting a date.

Put your photo up. Watch everybody run the other way.

It a joke, bro. The girl is a 6-9 high school basketball player. She is quite well known in Minnesota, which is where my husband's older sister lives.

Really gabby. My wife has a friend in Pennsylvania who has a brother who married the sister of a friend who once lived in Minnesota, but moved to California before becoming a member of this forum, and calling herself gabby.

This is not FAIR by Obama's standards. First she is too tall. Some of the height belongs to some other girls.

Next, she is guilty of scoring way too many points. Those points belong, and rightfully so, to other girls that played with her. And blocking those many shots, she must lift up short girls and let them block

    That is pure Democrat 101.

Remember this. When they shoot so many points, they are too successful and must be taxed. The top students who are the best must donate to the school at least 39 percent of those shots to be redistributed to low scoring students.

Hell, it works for the rich and has to work for high scoring kids. To teach them the democrat 101 way of life.

When I started college in 1956, I was walking one day from political science to English writing.

I was just ambling along minding my own business and I suddenly caught sight of this very tall man talking to a very tall woman and she was stooped over to talk to his face. I did not know how tall she was but some student told me she was at least 6-6 and wore high heels about 4 inches tall.

I saw her but one time. What a sky scraper she was.

I recall too that from the Bay area, a pair of negro girl twins decided to not go to Cal but go to Oklahoma. They were very tall girls. Scored a hell of a lot of points too.

Stanford has had some very tall women players. I am pretty sure a number of those girls were at least 6-6.

Women that tall match up with tall men. I expect whe will marry a very tall guy.

I found out some new things about the twins. Read Wikipedia if you care.

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Courtney_Paris
    <o></o>
    Early life</SPAN><o></o>

In addition to being a twin, Paris has four brothers: Wayne, David, Austin and Brandon. She has two half-brothers (Bubba's sons) William III and Christian. Her parents are Lynne Gray and former NFL player William "Bubba" Paris.<o></o>
Paris transferred from Modesto Christian High School to Millennium High School in Piedmont, California, at the start of the 2002–2003 year. Paris was named a WBCA All-American.[1] She participated in the 2005 WBCA High School All-America Game, where she scored three points.[2] Paris chose Oklahoma over UConn, California, Texas, UCLA, and Syracuse.<o></o>
    [edit] College career<o></o>

Paris is the only player in NCAA history, male or female, to have 700 points, 500 rebounds, and 100 blocks in a season. In 2005–06, Paris set the women's NCAA record for rebounds in a single season, with 539. She holds the NCAA record for most consecutive double-doubles at 112 games, a streak which ended on February 2, 2009 against Pat Summitt and the Tennessee Lady Volunteers; however, Oklahoma won the game, denying Summitt her 1000th career victory.[3] On February 8, 2009, Paris broke the record for most career NCAA Division I rebounds, formerly held by Wanda Ford of Drake.[4] In the Sooners' victory in the semifinals of the Oklahoma City Regional in the 2009 NCAA Tournament against Pitt on March 29, she became the first player in U.S. college basketball history—regardless of sex, governing body, or division—with 2,500 points and 2,000 rebounds in her career.[5]<o></o>
Paris also became the first freshman named to the Associated Press All-American team in 2006, and again made the team in 2007.[6] In April 2007, Paris was named the 2007 Associated Press Women's basketball player of the year. She is the first sophomore ever to win the AP Player of the year award.[7] She won All-American honors again her junior year, and as a senior she became the first four-time first-team All-American in women's basketball history.[8] She also won the Lowe's Senior CLASS Award, recognizing her as the nation's top senior women's basketball player.<o></o>
At Oklahoma, Paris majored in journalism.<o></o>
Paris had announced that if Oklahoma did not win the NCAA championship in 2009, her final year, she would repay her scholarship—worth about $64,000 in out-of-state tuition—to the university. She said that without a championship, "I don’t feel like I’ve earned it.”[9]<o></o>
On Sunday April 5, 2009, Oklahoma lost to the Louisville Cardinals 61–59. In a post-game interview with ESPN, Paris was asked if she would make do on her promise to repay her $64,000 basketball scholarship. She replied that she would but that it would take her some time. A week later, the university said that she did not have to repay her scholarship.<o></o>

I already have a wife. However, if she just hangs around the the Comp. Sci. department of any good university or starts attending chess tournaments, her problem will quickly disappear. To speed things up, every time she loses, she just needs to repeat to her opponent how smart he is.

#1 I bet she has no problem with dates...

#2 From the Article it seems she is putting academics on an even parity with her Sports

#3 She seems a level headed young lady bent on success and Dating will be her least ptoblem

#4 Gabosaurus always seems to make fun of people that are Different..

cadet. That reminds me of an actor named Mickey Rooney who danced with a full chested movie-star who was much taller than him, and he announced "He could stand in front of her in a rainstorm...and Not Get Wet!"

That took place..I expect. Long before you were born.
