I tried to find it but what I did find in an article is the comment that the track had grip on the outside and a lot less on the inside.
I almost put that race on DVD but alas did not. She was standing outside her car and a reporter was talking to her. The idea of pulling out to pass came up and that is when she explained why she did not pass on the inside.
