Fascist.......upon use of that word, with no evidence to back up using that word, the author immediately relegates himself to obscurity, it has always been this way with this author.

I am currently exploring business opportunities and investment in China, its a money pot for capitalists like me.

Fascism is the unification of government and corporate interests. When the laws of the government are continually subverted and created through the influence of corporate cash, a state of de facto fascism is the result. Yes, China is a good example of a fascist state.

And what you describe is not happening in America.

Oh almost forgot, tonight i'll bring up quotes from you endorsing outsourcing and scolding me when I was pissed at Bush and saying I was jumping ship to the Constitution Party........we will discuss at that time your hypocricy(sp?).

Now THAT, I can agree with, although I'd peg the dollar to silver.

Excellent description and example of fascism, Sage.

I repeated it here because many of our friends need to read and understand it. But, the post is actually directed towards the poster that promised hypocrisy and the ability to deliver.

    Did you get that, oca?

Don't bother. I freely admit I used t be a naive 'the market is always moral' fascist idiot like you. The difference is, I've wisened up. you give it a try. When I'm wrong, I admit it. Sounds like you had the right instinct back then. Did you change positions to be popular?

I definitely have faith in the free market, but when unions, corporate lobbyists, and socialists (like The Hildabeast) put so much governmental fiat directly into the middle of the market, how free is it? You can't buy raw milk due to a government fiat mandating pasteurization for all dairy products. If I know it's not pasteurized, shouldn't I be allowed to decide for myself if I'm willing to risk drinking it? It's also illegal to import European cheese for the same reason, but I rarely see Euros walking around with mass infections from cheese cultures. If I think it's worthwhile to work for only $2/hour, why should I be forbidden by the federal government? What if I don't care how well my car crumples in an accident? Then there's talks of this fairness doctrine which will all but remove my ability to choose what media I consume. The free market is a wonderful thing...if it's free.

As for rebellion against the government, I don't think we're there yet, but I've begun to think it's inevitably moving that way. I think that within my lifetime (I'm 24), we, the people, will have to either fight or accept our chains. While nobody can, with all honesty, say what they'd do in that situation, I'm leaning towards fight. Chains suck.

Care to back that up with anything, or is your opinion divine inspiration?

No because capitalism, unfettered capitalism, trumps all else. I believe in minimal, and I mean minimal government interference in the affairs of private business.

Private business, today's private business is moral, very moral despite what anti-achievers like you say, they know that bad publicity, the kind that abuse of workers wouyld bring would drive down business and profits so companies and corporations bend over backwards to accomodate workers in the form of benefits, profit sharing, retirement plans etc. etc.

In the case of China it is up to the Chinese people to change their labor laws from within and sure as there is a God those things will change from within, as the populace becomes more wealthy and desires the finer things in life such as personal freedoms the government will soon have to choose between the things that a monied poulace brings through capitalism or they will have to crackdown and go back to being broke......gee wonder which one they will choose? Americans should not be hindered in anyway, shape or form from capitalizing on China's emerging capitalism because some stupid fucking bleeding heart is sad because some 16 yr old from Shangzu is working in a factory in Bejing now. Tough shit, its a shitty world sometimes, can't save them all.

Hobbit deep down Psycho is like all liberals, he believes that government knows better than the individual, that we are too stupid to make our own decisions. Psycho believes in personal freedom about as much as Joe Gibbs believes in an all out passing game.

I saw no such free admission.

Maybe that's your problem, you're always looking for a free admission. As far as owing you anything I am giving you all I care to. Is this "your board"? You tried to make it "your board" and you got your ass handed to you in an instant.

Keep dreamin' oca, and braggin' about that scooter you call a "bike". If you're just scared then say you're scared and we can get on with adult conversations.

Do you maintain your homoerotic assertations, double dimple chin?

And you believe corporations know better than the individual, that's no better.
