I have to help my father with his "Homestead" exemption form, and go to a baby shower,
when all I want to do is hang with my hubby and daughter. Oh well.

update
Well, update in order.
Walked to the border of the park. Had been at the doctor fretting over my heart. Things were fine.
To the border of the park and back is 1.2 miles. Not bad since I have not walked that far in months.
My scale proves I have not walked a lot. When I walked daily and stuck to a diet, I lost weight pretty fast.
So, no matter where you are, don't snack and walk a couple miles per day.
Got to go now, on my walk. This time I might reach the lake.
I expect Abbey's day will work out just fine. She is wonderful company on this forum.
