New E-1 Settlement Report

Just read a fascinating report outlining Israel's positions on E1 settlement. Go to *****.***** and, in the "Institute for Contemporary Affairs", click on "Understanding Israeli Interests in the E1 Area".

If you don't remember, E1 is an area between Jerusalem and Maale Adumim, a large Israeli settlement bloc East of Jerusalem. Last year, Israel announced plans to build in E1, triggering massive international criticism. I'm curious what you all think of this report.
