add 2 Tbs bacon grease to the beans simmer about 15min..that's about 3-4 strips of bacon.

I could give you ingredients, but not measurements.. I don't measure things like that...

    Medium shell pasta (cooked)
    Cherry tomatoes
    Fresh broccoli (rough chop)
    Fresh cauliflower (rough chop)
Grated carrots (just a bit for color)
    Fresh cracked pepper (very coarse)
    Fresh parmesean cheese (shredded)
    Mayo
    Ranch dressing

(mix the last two ingredients together to a medium thick consistency, then add pepper, then mix with everything else).

The coleslaw is regular tangy coleslaw from the grocery deli with the addition of finely chopped red peppers, cucumbers, and carrots)

(Actually, I can't blame you. You no doubt correctly sensed that Shattered is a much better cook than I).

It's not my fault out deli makes 6 kinds of coleslaw, and one of them happens to be good enough to buy. I was feeding one person - why would I buy all the stuff and make 40lbs of it?

I was joking. It makes perfect sense. I think one of the most difficult feats in the kitchen is to cook for just one.
