Default As good an anti war song as there ever was.

The more things change the more they remain the same.

I heard an interesting discussion a few weeks back about 'war' songs and 'protest' songs. If you are going to do a movie about Vietnam, the music choices are pretty clear, as much of the music is very tightly attached to that war.

But what about modern wars? There are some bands out there that may do 'protest' stuff, but the face of music has vastly changed from those times. Is there any songs or groups that can be tied in to say Iraq or Afganistan sort of as 'theme' music for that war? Or are people still listening to the stuff from decades ago?

What would you put down as a theme song(s) for Afghanistan?
