Default Tool for copying and pasting into posts - Firefox

This applies only to Firefox users as this is an "add-on" - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fir...-plain-text-2/

Sometimes you copy a few blocks of text from a website and then paste it into a post. Often you will see colors, links and other crap that was "accidentally" copied. What's being copied is html code that shouldn't be pasted into the posts. This tool copies the text and strips out everything else, allowing you to paste plain text into your post.

** I do notice that it strips out EVERYTHING, including spaces. So if there are 3 paragraphs, for example, it will paste as one paragraph. Easy enough to just click enter a few times to create some space.

Alternatively, for other browser users AND for Firefox users, a standard I use no matter where I post:

I always leave a blank text file open on my computer. When I want to share, I copy whatever it is I want, and then I first paste it into the text document. This also will strip out all attributes and copy there as plain text. Now you highlight in your text document and copy a second time, and when you then paste here into a post, it comes through as plain text and looks much better.
