Who exactly are Digimate. I purchased one of their products many years ago and recently tried to get hold of a lost associated product. Their headquarters in the UK said they could supply , I duly sent the money off - 4 months ago. I still not have received the product and they ignore all email. The funny thing is that if they had got the engineering right the associated product isn't really necessary....
