Anyone here heard of Zlata Ognevich ?

She's an impressive lady. A singer / performer totally dedicated to fighting the threat of Russia taking over Ukraine once more.

Her parents live in the now-annexed Crimea. They're refusing to take out Russian citizenship.

Zlata was the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest contestant. She's used her stardom to good effect. She joined the Ukrainian Parliament to further her freedom cause, only to quit it a couple of years later because she considered it a corrupt institution. She's raised funds for the Ukrainian military ... and has been heavily involved in the 'Pray for Ukraine' freedom movement.
