It does sound gross, but it's actually surprisingly good! I never would have tried it, but I took a bite of Sharon's one day and talked her into making me some like that! lol

Closest I can describe is chinese noodles with peanut in it, like Pad Thai or something.

Brussel sprouts are great.

Burn them, fry them in butter and garlic and salt until they turn black, high heat.

They're awesome - or grill them, over charcoal preferably. Helps to soak them a bit overnight and butter them up a lot before grilling.
