The government and military know exactly who runs Isis and how they are funded.
The real question is who is buying the oil that Isis sells to fund their terrorist activities? Are any American companies involved? If so, they should be convicted of treason.

ISIS is now being described as a group Al Qaeda kicked out because of its extreme violence.
Propaganda and pure poppycock. ISIS is Al Qaeda operating under a new name. No different than when Hannibal Barca sent his brother Hasdrubal to harass the Romans with another army. It was the same group( Carthaginian forces) operating and they had no reason to disguise it but Obama does. He claimed Al Qaeda was defeat , on the run.
