`Sitting at home with a sore shoulder...(all week) (still go to work)...taking Ibuprofen and using heat pads for pain....might have to get one of those shoulder operations (fix) that many get ...shoulder shave the "cartilage"?? ...drinking coffee....will go shopping shortly....just venting...`

I have to go shopping too, wish I could just post, read and hang out with you guys. I so hate shopping. Especially in this weather

*Over use over the years...sports....work (apprehensions / prosecutions)...etc....it happens no matter what age...just need the common fix....time consuming and a pain in the asss...matter of when...to do it`

I look at the top of the board and see my name everywhere from my binge posting - due to my binge coffee drinking. I sure do wish coffee helped you lose weight. Someone should invent that.

The study does not address why coffee seems to be good for the cardiovascular system, however, and the authors write that more research is needed to understand this relationship.
