Alabama man robs 4 Subway stores in 4 days, blames ‘Jared Diet’

An Alabama teenager allegedly told cops he robbed four Subway sandwich shops in less than a week because he was miffed the "Jared Diet" didn't work for him.
Zachary Rapheal Torrance, 18, was captured in a Walmart store Thursday night after a shopper recognized him from photos posted on the local police's Facebook page, authorities said.

I'm tired of the damn Jared commercials. And now we get inundated with the NFL players that supposedly eat there. You know they don't! They would need to eat like 13 of them apiece!! I like the bread from Subway, likely because it's so fresh. But the meat sucks and they don't give you barely enough. I have mixed emotions. Maybe if he only robbed 2 of them it would have been ok.

Subway is the bottom of the sandwich chain, IMHO. The sandwich is all bread and vegetables and very little meat. I think they spend all their money on advertising. Sort of like McDonalds.
