It's SOOOO important NOT to overpay your taxes this year
1. If you own an Obamacare penalty, there's little they can do other than offset a refund.
2. If you are due a refund the IRS is preparing to punish the people for the funding cuts from the GOP Congress.
Personally I hope any refunds that get delayed are for EITC recipients.

The whole IRS is 'fat'. Eleminate that agency, save billions. Flat-Tax.
