Last night we had some Korean ribs, they were awesome! Tasted like the ribs I get when I order Chinese, only these are Korean for whatever reason, and it wasn't delivered.

I never remember to take pictures, I'm too busy seeing how much I can stuff in my fat face. But a quick search shows these, which look awfully close!

I've got a chuck steak in the refer needs that treatment.
I bought Korean made BBQ sauce just for this.

I need to get on that quart of kimchee, too.

It's gotten difficult to find meaty beef ribs in my AO.

But tonight will be something lame. But this week I have some original Chips Ahoy hidden. Also a box of those "Tastykake peanut butter Kandy Kakes" Yummy little suckers. I think I might still have a small bag of Dorito's hidden from the boy too.

And I'll get a diet soda while I'm out, you know, to watch my weight.

She does like to make some things on the weekend, to "pre-prepare" for during the week. And I have some news for ya - if you make crap a few days in advance, it still tastes like crap a few days later! I just stay prepared for emergencies is all.

Hell if the old lady cooked on the weekend I would be fat as hell come Sunday night and have to go out to eat all week.

Seriously, Laura use to make like Ziti or Lasagna and there are a couple others that actually tasted better after sitting a couple of days, her Chicken and Dumplings is killer until the last spoonful.

    Sorry Amigo.

I hate Meatloaf, my Mom was one of the best cooks ever, but her Meatloaf and Pork Chops sucked, I hate both to this day, but my ol lady will slip the Pork Chops in once and a while and I love em, but if she is to ask me about them I tell her heck no. Guess it's all in my head now.

Amigo you are Mexican, with all the good Mexican food you are eating Meatloaf, Momma better be great in other area's.

Meatloaf? I'll reserve my answer. I'm 55 years old and haven't touched that junk since before I left home. Meatloaf and peanut butter and jelly -- food of the 60s. Oh, and tuna casserole.

We'll be going into combat before I touch that crap. I'd rather have c-rats. (Not MREs .. they're worse than any of that stuff).

And, take it in stride. The people I live with eat all kinds of stuff I just dodge. They're junk food junkies and I'm not at all. So no offense intended. You're entitled to your opinions with me.

Doesn't mean I ain't going to say something.

I hate it. Was stuck in my lunch box every day for years. I used to trade with this guy named Snyder. He got cooked ham and mustard ever day and all he wanted was peanut butter and jelly. Too bad that was only 5th grade.

I understand, hell if I had to be friends with a guy named Snyder I guess I would hate the sheot as well.
