    Default Resonanle force.

    Certainly seems reasonable.

If you also agree that an animals suffering should be avoided rather than encouraged, consider what steps you can take.

The spelling police can be quite brutal.

You must really hate police Noir,
especially since you didn't give credit to all the other police who do the job properly... everyday... like they are suppose to do... are paid to do.. are sworn to do.

    Well you're a "lefty" anyway.

But don't you know the police felt "threatened".
obviously the guy was big... and scary and looked like "a demon". and he was probably mouthing off you know how they are, and he was running away from the police, (post chris rock video on how not to get get beat by police here) and they had a warrant for his arrest so he was a thug anyway... and and we didn't see the 1st part of video so there's something there that makes it so he deserved every bit of it... the police were just doing their jobs in a bad area...
    right?

I hope that guy lives, the way they cops are looking at him and rolling him over after the beating doesn't look good.
