I particularly like this one where the cop is shocked that a clown is doing the job he is SUPPOSED to do.

Things that would get you a ticket in the US, but get ignored in Mexico. Things such as blocking a crosswalk/sidewalk, not giving up a reserved transit seat for the disabled, etc.
